Columbia Willamette Enological Society (CWES) presents its April 10 education program featuring Columbia Gorge winery Domaine Pouillon from Lyle WA.  You'll hear how and why they produce small, handcrafted wines in a French style. Taste 6 premium wines paired with 4 gourmet food bites from NW Culinary Institute.  Check-in at 7:00 with welcome wine at 7:15.  Program starts at 7:30 ending at 9:00.  Fee is $40; $30 for society members.  Pay at the door in cash, check or credit card.  Reserve at cweswine@gmail.com.
