• First Courses: Amuse-Bouche (Tiny Vegetable) 

• Second Courses: Tuna Tartar 

• Third Courses: Japanese Pot-au-feu

• Fourth Courses: Addicted Spare Rib

• Fifth Courses: Trapped Rabbit 

• Sixth Courses: Dessert 

• Freshly Baked Baguette

Paring 6 wine by Sommelier, Vitalii Dascaliuc from La Compagnie Des Vins Surnaturels (Wine bar in SoHo/Nolita with an award-winning wine list).
