There are very few producers I hold close to my palate like I do with Boeri wines. The first time I tasted them I knew I was tasting something special. From the wines that come in a tube up to their Porlapa Barbera that is so serious it commands your attention. Well...the container came in, it was cracked and we got some wine coming in. Now in order to really get a better understanding of these wines I'll be re-tasting them on Tuesday so I can get a final decision on what will be poured on Saturday.
Here are the wines I'm leaning toward for our first Boeri tasting...we'll be having two since there are more than five

2013 Boeri Martinette Barbera d'Asti Superiore
2015 Porlapa Barbera d'Asti Superiore
