Carnivale University kicks off its monthly cocktail classes on Thursday, January 24 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. with a Boozy Hot Coffee & Cocktail Class! Carnivale’s in-house master mixologist will teach guests how to craft three unique cocktails to take away the winter blues. Tickets are $40 per person and include hand selected appetizer samples by Executive Chef Ozzy Amelotti. Participants must be 21(+). Future Carnivale University classes include a Mardi Gras Cocktail Class on Thursday, February 20 and a Mojito Cocktail Class on Thursday, March 28!
