Please join us for an intimate Valentine’s Day Taittinger Champagne Celebration & Dinner Featuring very special guest and co-host Clovis Taittinger on Thursday February 14, 2019 at 7:00 PM.
Romantic celebrations are a tradition at L’Auberge Chez François, you might even say that they are our raison d’etre. Our philosophy is that life’s memorable moments are not complete without a festive meal and, mais oui, but of course, Champagne!
We are honored and thrilled to present to you and your special someone a one of a kind Valentine’s evening not to be missed. Enjoy an intimate dinner with Chef Jacques along with co-host and scion, Clovis Tattinger and General Director Damien Le Sueurf of Tattinger House. “We have come together to create a Culinary Valentine’s Day journey at L’Auberge Chez François, showcasing some of the finest Taittinger Champagnes”, says Chef Jacques. Clovis will take you through the history of his iconic brand, and discuss each of the five champagnes.
Internationally renowned as one of the greatest established names in the Champagne region, Taittinger was founded in 1734 by visionary Jacques Fourneaux. Producing around 400,000 cases annually, this exquisite empire produces prestigious champagne matched only by its rarity. Fondly known as the connoisseurs’ choice of champagne, Taittinger’s excellence has remained a constant through the centuries.
Clovis Taittinger is the eldest child of Pierre-Emmanuel Taittinger, and great grandson of founder Pierre Tattinger. Clovis represents the family’s name worldwide and is in charge of grape suppliers and grower relationships.
All Champagnes served at this special Valentine’s Day Dinner will be offered for sale at a special price with Clovis Tattinger on hand for signing your champagne bottle for you to take home and recreate this magical evening.
