Please join us Friday, February 1st, for a Tour of Spain wine dinner. From Catalonia in the east to Valdeorras and Ribeira Sacra in the west, by way of Calatayud and Castilla y León, we shall try an assortment of wines representing the range of grape varieties and styles that make up Spanish wine. Mark Luna of Roanoke Wine Company will be on hand to guide the tour, and Chef Jacques has fashioned a tasting menu to best elicit the qualities of the wines.
