Introducing a new class from Sommelier Bridget Cheslock! We will explore the beverages of the beautiful British Isles from world renowned whiskies, gins, beer and even a little about the exciting surge of sparkling wine in England! Classic and fun cheese and food pairings included and just in time for you to properly celebrate St. Patrick's Day!
Please read: EARLY BIRD SPECIAL $79, register BEFORE 2/27 for this special class fee. A $100 materials fee will be collected in class. Note: Due to the course is 6 days long, the material fee is different than printed in the bulletin. Acutal material fee to pay the instructor is $100, not $60. Bring three wine glasses, pen and paper to each class. Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances or colognes, as they will interfere with your learning experience. Must be 21 or older to register. After 2/27 Tuition is $98
