We’ll toast our gathering with a sparkler and a traditional Latin appetizer before moving on to a fresh tasting Lime and Avocado salad made with fresh seafood. We will celebrate our evening with TWO luxurious and creamy Moles paired with the perfect reds, and then toast the end of our evening with a Chocolate Chili Cake topped with Smoky Chocolate Glaze and an amazingly perfect pairing.
