Appetizer is a trio of Coconut shrimp, Masala Pappad and Zucchini Batonnet (Vegetarian option is crispy Okra). This is paired with Narmada MOM 2014.
Main Course is Saag Gosht (Lamb and spinach curry) Vegetarian option is Channa Saag (chickpea and spinach curry) served with Aloo Jeera, Eggplant Chettinad, Rice Pilaf, Dal Tarka and Cheese Naan. This is paired with Narmada's Library Exclusive Reflection 2008.
Dessert is cheesecake with a dark chocolate drizzle paired with Narmada Primita 2010.
