Last summer, we visited the Di Battista family in Chianti, at their lovely 125-acre farm. Filled with organic Sangiovese vineyards, olive groves, and magnificent views of the region, it is the perfect picture of polyculture in action, and pairing wine with good food is at the heart of their mission. We are proud to return the hospitality by welcoming their team to the SFWTC Wine Bar. Their wines epitomize classic winemaking styles we espouse at the SFWTC with heart and authenticity.
