Learn how to prepare a variety of classic Greek dishes with Chef Elaine Pitenis and explore the wonders of Greek Cuisine in this fun and interactive, hands-on cooking class. Seating is limited and classes fill up fast!

Avgolemono (Egg-Lemon Soup), Faki (Lentil Soup), Fasoulada (Bean Soup),
Youvarelakia (Meatballs and Rice Soup), Homemade Pita Bread, Greek Salad,
and Kataifi Dessert
*Recipe booklets, a wine tasting, and food sampler take-home containers will be offered in this class for each student at no extra cost.
