Cooking a Great Dinner: Nothing is more fun than a meal cooked with a special friend...register with your bestie and join us the evening of February 13th, 2019 for a fun filled Broentine's/Galentine's evening of cooking demonstrations and actual hands-on cooking with CIA trained Chef, Lisa Sherrill. The evening will include chopping, slicing, sautéing, whisking, sampling wine to go with the food prepared and having dinner with your classmates. Bring your sharp knives and to go containers to take left overs home with you. We will be joined by Winemaker and Sommelier Liz Wan who will guide us on a journey to learn more about the wines of our region, your unique palate, speaking about what you taste and flavor balancing vs food and wine pairing as you slice, dice, sip and gobble.
