Reception Starts at 5:30, Dinner starts at 6:30 and should be over around 9:00 PM

art with you, first course and wine served during reception
- 5 course dinner by Master Chef Connie Ruel; each course paired with an award winning Kingman wine
- Faro-pomegranate salad , endive, spiced nuts, lemon confit - 2016 Viognier
- Silky potato soup, chopped pequin shrimp, fennel/sesame grissini - 2015 Reve Rouge
- Truffle dusted seared scallops, black currant/caper sauce, buttery cauliflower steak - 2013 Karen's Reserve Merlot
- Library wine tasting - 2010/2012/2013 Cabernet Saivignon vertical tasting
- Braised beef caprese involtini, creamy polenta, black garlic, nutty sage chips - 2013 Private reserve Tempranillo
- White chocolate matcha mousse, pistachio genoise, poached pear, membrillo - "Conquistador" Colorado white port
- During the 3 wine vertical there will be a presentation of live music
- Desert course is paired with the recently release "Conquistador" Kingman White Port
