Our monthly Cooking Classes are taking off! You need a reservation, as Chef prefers an intimate group of 8-10 max so that he can give quality instruction. Chef Robert Moltzan shares his expertise and he is an amazing instructor of his craft. Everyone gets hands on direction and this is a fun learning experience. You get to enjoy a fantastic meal with Chef's choice glass of wine.
Students will need to bring a Chef’s Knife. This class will include deboning and Frenching a chicken.
