Join us for one of two Cassoulet dinners - Tuesday, January 8 and Wednesday, January 9! Looking for a delicious holiday gift to share with family and friends? Or just an excuse to light up an otherwise dreary January night with a warming, hearty, meal? Any of those are great reasons to join us for our 2019 Cassoulet Dinners with Chef Jacques Imperato and importer Ed Addiss of Wine Traditions!
What is cassoulet? It's a rich, deeply flavored, casserole of meats like garlicky sausage, duck confit, pork and more buried in creamy white beans. While found all over southern France, its most famous home is in Toulouse where the deep, round, earthenware pot with slanting sides called a "cassoulet" gave its name to the dish.
Join us on your choice of Tuesday, January 8 or Wednesday, January 9 at 6:45pm as we feast on a robust cassoulet meal created by Chef Jacques and four paired French wines from Ed.
