Mushroom Consomme with exotic mushrooms, winter truffle and black garlic, and Guinea Hen Coq Au Vin with pearl onions, porcini mushrooms, and winter truffle are just two dishes featured on the special Christmas Eve Blackboard menu from Chef Michael Bonk at BLT Steak. Finish the evening with the traditional holiday dessert, Buche de Noel made with butter cream and coffee ice cream. In addition to the Christmas Eve Blackboard menu, the regular a la carte menu will be offered for lunch and dinner.
