Celebrate the holiday season with the world's most luxurious beverage. Enjoy four courses from our Executive Chef Mark Mendez, enjoy five champagnes of different styles, all with a side of education. Situated to the east of Paris, the region of Champagne produces the world’s foremost sparkling wine. The planting of vineyards in the region dates back to the Roman era. However it was the monks that lived in the region, such as Dom Pierre Pérignon, that truly revolutionized the way Champagne continues to be produced today. Champagne stands out among other sparkling wines due to its soil, as well as restrictions regarding grape selection, and a minimum aging of three years for vintages.
