Saturday, January 19th | 11:30am – 2:30pm

Enjoy a lunchtime cooking class featuring holiday appetizers for your entertaining needs. After enjoying a brief tour through our Sensory Garden with our Chef, learn basic sous vide techniques and apply them while making: 

  • Short Ribs
  • Roasted Winter Root Vegetables
  • Persimmons

Following the cooking class, enjoy a seated luncheon paired with a selection of wines with the chef. Finally, enjoy a splash of our 99-point 2015 Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon in our Rhine House tasting room.
