This Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22, Tulalip Resort Casino will offer an array of chef-inspired holiday dishes at seven of its dining venues for the entire family. Below are highlights of the featured feasts from around the Resort with a choice of relaxed-casual or modern-sophisticated and on the go dining options. There's even a traditional buffet experience with copious amounts of dishes to enjoy!

Modern-Sophisticated Dining

Blackfish Wild Salmon Grill and Bar is offering up a Thanksgiving dinner special of Apple and Fig Roasted Turkey with a maple glaze paired with all the fixings of roasted garlic mashed potatoes, hazelnut and sausage stuffing, fire-roasted winter vegetables, cranberry and orange sauce with port and figs and cider giblet gravy. It will be featured alongside Chef David Buchanan’s seafood-centric menu, which pays tribute to regional Northwest ingredients and Tulalip tradition. The Thanksgiving dinner special is priced at $33 per person. Regular menu pricing will vary.

For all those pumpkin pie fans, Pastry Chef Nikol Nakamura has taken that beloved dessert to a new high with her Pumpkin Pie Flan, served with poached speckle pear, maple pecans and cinnamon cream priced at $8.

Craving Italian for Thanksgiving dinner? Reserve a spot at Tula Bene Pastaria + Chophouse and dine on Chef Jeremy Taisey’s Italian-inspired Thanksgiving meal of Slow Roasted Turkey Breast Roulade with a wild boar bacon and maple vinaigrette paired alongside a Turkey leg Confit with cranberry and Cointreau conserva, brown butter mushrooms, carrots and endive for $30 per person.

For the dolce amante (sweet lover) at the table, try the pumpkin crostata served with an apple cider zabaglione and topped with an apple and cranberry compote for $8.

Casual Dining

The Draft Sports Grill and Bar is serving up a sporty Thanksgiving dish of Turkey and Sweet Potato Hash with tender chunks of roasted turkey and sweet potatoes in a rich turkey gravy; served in The Draft’s cast iron skillet complete with a side of bourbon bacon Brussels sprouts garnished with a cranberry and orange compote for $13. Looking for a roasted turkey dinner with all the fixings? Cedars Cafe Chef Brent Clarkson is preparing his traditional, fan-favorite Slow Roasted Turkey dinner with scratch made turkey gravy and sage sausage mushroom stuffing, Champagne cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, crispy fried onions, braised green beans with bacon, and onions tossed in a fontina cheese sauce for $20.95 per person plus sales tax and gratuity.

Add a tried and true sweet finish to the holiday meal by indulging in a slice of Pastry Chef Nikol Nakamura’s house-made Pumpkin Pie. Each serving comes with whipped cream for $6.

Dreaming of the chance to indulge in a hot turkey sandwich on Thanksgiving Day? No need to wait until the day after. Guests can head over to the Carvery and step right up to order their annual Thanksgiving Day Hot Turkey Sandwich with homemade gravy, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce for $7.95 from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on November 22.

This Thanksgiving, Journeys East is preparing a special dish called Dongpo Mead, which was named after an ancient Chinese statesman, poet, and gourmand of the Song Dynasty. It features pork belly that is slow cooked in Chinese cooking wine, ginger, green onions, star anise, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and rock sugar. It is served with steamed bok choy and fresh cilantro for $16.

Chef Lil Miller is serving up her annual bountiful Thanksgiving dinner feast (and more) at Eagles Buffet, in a generous way all day, starting at 9 a.m.

Holiday menu highlights include entrees of Rotisserie Turkey with house-made gluten-free stuffing and turkey gravy, Tur-duck-en — a turkey stuffed with a duck and a chicken (limited quantities), Bone-in Ham, BBQ Beef Ribs, Fish and Chips, BBQ Pork Belly, Honey Sesame Chicken Wings and Seafood Mac and Cheese with shrimp, crab and scallops.

This Thanksgiving meal would be incomplete without includes an array of sides to choose from, including Sweet Potato Mash, Green Beans Casserole, Corn Bread Stuffing, Warm Orange Cranberry Sauce, Bacon Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Acorn Squash, Dungeness Crab and Artichoke Dip and a Large Fresh Salad Bar.

For the sweet-tooth lovers at the table, a dessert selection includes Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream, an assortment of mini pies, seasonal dessert bars and cupcakes.

Thanksgiving dishes will be offered from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with limited breakfast until noon. Seating at Eagles Buffet is on a first-come first-served basis. Pricing for adults is $27.95 and children ages 2-10 is $16.95 plus sales tax and gratuity.
