Change it up this Thanksgiving with delicious dishes that might be a bit out of the ordinary, including Chef Yoshi’s spicy tuna and California rolls, a pasta and paella station, and Bubba’s Mango Crab Cake. Enjoy an omelet and waffle station, a seafood station with crab claws, spice shrimp boil and a carving station featuring herb crusted pork loin with apricots and figs. Seasonal favorites highlight the menu such as Roasted Tom Turkey, giblet gravy and cranberry relish, cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes and pecan glazed sweet yams. Save room for dessert: bananas foster with rum caramel over vanilla ice cream, a chocolate fondue fountain with fresh strawberries and golden pineapple, and chocolate cinnamon bread pudding with spiced rum.
