On Thursday, November 29th, Zachys proudly invites you to sit at our table with James Beard Award-winning author (A Geography of Oysters), Rowan Jacobsen, as he pairs his oyster expertise with the prestigious and highly-rated Chablis of William Fèvre.

What to expect:

• Tasting pours of six William Fèvre Chablis and one Henriot Champagne
• A variety of fresh oysters

What you will learn from the man himself:

• The history of Rowan’s oyster expertise (be sure to check out his robust bivalve rating system, OysterRater)
• History of William Fèvre, and the different terroirs of Chablis
• The perfect pairing of terroir-driven Chablis and oysters
