Tapped's Monthly Wine Pairing!
Join us for our November Wine Pairing Dinner where we will teach you how to pair food with wine. We will have a 4 course meal paired with four wines and explain the differences in taste with each pairing.
Our food menu consists of:
Scallops three ways
Pork Dumplings
Beef Wellington
Chocolate three ways.
The four wines that we will use for this event are:
Motto Backbone Cabernet Sauvignon
Santa Carolina Pinot Noir
Antica Chardonnay
Conundrum Blanc de Blanc
