BLT Steak: Thanksgiving Dinner Stuffed Popovers + Thanksgiving Dinner
Three-courses of cuisine including succulent entrees such as roasted prime rib with confit garlic jus, and caramelized onion bread pudding, and roasted turkey with chestnut-sausage stuffing, cranberry-grenadine sauce, and rosemary gravy await at the Eye Street power-spot. Sides such as a kabocha squash risotto with hints of saffron and a decadent sweet potato gratin are festive holiday showstoppers. The three-course prix fixe menu is available for $82 for adults and $40 for children.
BLT Steak is bringing back their annually-anticipated Thanksgiving Stuffed Popover, an entire Thanksgiving meal stuffed inside one of BLT Steak’s cheesy, popovers. The Thanksgiving Stuffed Popover features juicy herbed roasted turkey, savory chestnut-sausage stuffing, tart cranberry sauce and rosemary gravy. The popovers will be available at the bar or to-go for $12 on 11/23, the day after Thanksgiving.
