Join owner Jim Bailey for a one-of-a-kind evening at the celebrated Fearing's Restaurant at The Ritz Carlton in Dallas. The award winning chefs will be preparing a curated feast designed to pair with several of our most exclusive boutique wines. Guests will enjoy champagne and passed appetizers beginning at 6pm, before being seated for a multi-course dinner artfully paired with the finest Knights Bridge library wines.
