The oysters will be paired with Mountain Rose Apple granita, made with another exclusive seasonal item — fresh Oregon Mountain Rose Apples that are harvested exclusively in November. This special is just $22, and available while supplies last. The wine and spirits experts at Ocean Prime can suggest the perfect pairing to accompany this special dish.
