This month we will be diving into the world of blind tasting - that great art that is highlighted as reserved for the wine elite. But, the great masters of wine use a systematic sensory experience to determine what wine they are drinking. In this class we will taste five wines and walk through the sights, smells, and tastes that will help us decide what delights us in the glass. No worries - this is not a competition, just a chance to have some fun and learn more about the wines you know and love. Food will also be served.
