During the show, enjoy a three-course dinner that begins with a Mixed Greens Salad with Apple, Cheddar, Pistachios, and Balsamic Vinaigrette paired with Tassel Ridge La Crescent and is followed by Baked Holiday Ham with Tassel Ridge Finalé Iowa Red Cherry Sauce served with Rice Pilaf and Green Beans with Bacon and Onion paired with Tassel Ridge 2013 Iowa St. Croix Rosé. Finish your meal on a sweet note with Turtle Cheesecake paired with Tassel Ridge Chocolate Granfinalé!
