Tassel Ridge 2018 Iowa Nouveau (pronounced [new-vo]) is a light, fruity wine that is traditionally the first wine of the season. Made entirely from grapes grown in Iowa, Tassel Ridge 2018 Iowa Nouveau pairs well with brats, vegetable and beef soups and stews, and traditional holiday meals.
