Join us as we celebrate the final Lab of 2018 with a special selection of sparkling wines!  This style of wine is synonomous with celebration, and there is no better way to welcome the holidays than by enjoying some with friends and family.  During this lab students will taste six sparkling wines from 5 different countries, produced in various methods:

– Gusborne Brut Reserve from England
– Roederer Estate from California
– Lucien Albrecht Cremant d’Alsace from France
– Ferrari Brut from Italy
– Dr. Loosen Sparkling Riesling from Germany
– Foss Marai from Italy
 
The wines will be paired with light bites. The class will be taught by Nicole Ramos, WSET L3 Certified.
