This evening is a great opportunity to sample the culinary skills of a broad range of the most creative local restaurants in our region. Restaurants include The Warehouse COS, Pizzeria Rustica/TAPAteria/Smørbrød, The Margarita at Pine Creek, Immerse Cuisine, The Wobbly Olive, Monse’s Taste of El Salvador, and more. Come join us for some great small plate dishes, a complementary beverage, lively conversation, and inspiring stories from recipients of our 2018 Jerald Bridgman Education Fund grants including Flying Pig Farm, Concrete Couch Hillside Garden Project, and the Fresh Food Connect team at Colorado Springs Food Rescue. And while you are enjoying this great food, you are helping fuel the Jerald Bridgman Education Fund for 2019 and beyond!

The Jerald Bridgman Education Fund is Slow Food Pikes Peak’s initiative to support innovative food system education efforts in the Pikes Peak Region. The Jerald Bridgman Education Fund underwrites educational initiatives to encourage public awareness of food traditions, stewardship of the environment, and responsible care, harvesting, and consumption of plants and animals in the Pikes Peak region while meeting the Slow Food mission of “Good, Clean and Fair Food for All”.
