Spain has more acres graced by vineyards than any other country in the world.  Yet they are only the third largest producer in the world after France and Italy.  This is because they space their vines more widely than others and get low yields which is good for quality.

 

Spanish wines are becoming increasingly popular here and remain a great value.

 

We tend to be more familiar with their reds such as red Riojas but they make wonderful whites and sparklers as well.

 

We will taste two whites a sparkler and two reds

 

 

Price is $20.  Please call or see the front desk to place reservations.  802 253-5742.  Doors open @ 4:00.  I suggest you arrive no later than 5:00 to avoid feeling rushed.  People come and go during the tasting which is an informal walk around format. We end at 6:00
