Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her La Mesa pop-up location, The Riviera Supper Club, for the return of beer dinners, featuring Alpine Beer Co! Brewers Shawn McIlhenney and Scotty Holst will be joining us for the evening to chat about these award-winning beers. The evening will start in the bar area where attendees can enjoy an included Alpine beer during the meet and greet with Dave from 6:30-7pm. At 7pm we'll head to the dining room for the 5 course dinner portion of the evening where Chef Erin and Dave will discuss each pairing with attendees. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, beer and educational insights. Seating for this event is extremely limited, please register asap, using the link below!
Each selection will be paired with its own beer inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with beer, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each beer is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each beer. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each beer. With a passion for food and beer, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
