Around the Acres of Oregon - Join us for a casual wine class at Fred’s Catering—exploring Pinot Noir from Oregon and understanding what makes it so unique. Oregon is one of the few areas of the world that has the right conditions to make stellar, world-class Pinot Noir. The original pioneers of Oregon began grape growing in the 1970’s and have continued to hone their skills. We will explore the different regions and taste wines from six quality wineries while Fred provides delicious food during the evening. Jim Morrison from Artisan Wines will be the speaker. His knowledge and passion for Pinot from Oregon is incredible and infectious! Take a Wednesday break!
