On Thanksgiving Day, November 22, Park Chalet in San Francisco will be open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM serving a $79.00 premium buffet prepared by Chef Erik Uh. The main course options will be with a meat carving station, a seafood bar, nine sides and salads, four desserts and main selections of Fresh Ravioli with cider glazed autumn vegetables; Grilled Salmon with apple brown butter and mushrooms; Flatiron Steak with sherry mushroom cream; Butternut Squash Bisque; Stuffed Local Petrale sole with crabmeat; Truffle Mac and Cheese with 5 cheeses; Charcuterie and cheese displays; and warm dinner rolls with honey butter. All prices exclude tax and gratuity.
