Please join us for an inspired 4-course dinner & wine pairing with special guest Marthinus Van der Vyyer, International Ambassador for Ken Forrester Winery. Heralded as the King of Chenin Blanc, Ken and his family are respected worldwide for their gorgeous wines from this special winemaking region.

Cocktail hour - Petite Chardonnay & Petite Cabernet
1st Course - Black Cod - celery root, black beluga lentils, lobster bisque, fennel paired with Petite Chenin Blanc
2nd Course - Pheasant Breast - Kabotcha squash, swiss chard, parsnips, chamomile paired with Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course - Venison - Sweet potato fingerlings, beets, Guinness, sage paired with Petite Pinotage
4th Course - Goat cheese cheesecake - basil whipped cream, salted marcona almonds paired with FMC
