Acids. Tannins. Cherry, spice and leather. Wine tasting requires that you pay attention to all of the interesting sensations that happen when the liquid hits your palate. What do those flavors and textures mean, what are the best terms to describe them, and how can you figure out what you like...or don't like? Join Mark and Kim as they lead you through a tasting to hone in on the different flavors in wine.
