CiboDivino is proud to host our friend, Antonio Tonnino - one of our favorite Italian winemakers.
Antonio will present his new portfolio of biodynamic wines from Sicily. In this winemaker's class, you will be introduced to the process of biodynamics, the difference between biodynamic and organic, and much more.
Of course, our very own Chef Daniele Puleo will expertly pair each pour with a gourmet bite representing his and Antonio's Italian home.
