Join us for another of our Italian Winemaker dinners! This time, we welcome Marramiero Winery from Abruzzo! Antonio Chiavaroli will join us to share his wines with us as we enjoy a multi course Italian dinner prepared by Chef Mark at Pasta d'Arte.

1st course~Prosciutto e Mozzarella~ Thinly sliced Prosciutto San Danielle Riserva served with Grande Bocconcini and arugula, dressed with EVOO. Wine Pairing~Trebbiano d'Abruzzo
2nd course~ Zuppa Di Zucca e Scarola~ Homemade Brodo with Escarole and Squash. Wine Pairing~Pecorino d'Abruzzo
3rd course~ Rigatoni alla Cinghiale~ Tube pasta served in a wild boar ragu, topped with shaved Pecorino Romano. Wine Pairing~DAMA Montepulciano
4th course~ Braciole con Fagiolini~ Sirloin beef roll stuffed with garlic, parmesan, parsley, and Mozzarella, slowly simmered in tomato sauce, and served with sauteed green beans. Wine Pairing~Inferi Montepulciano Riserva
