A standing event with 3 typical French dishes, 3 French wines ( drink as much as you want ), 5 spirits 's samples (one Cognac, two whiskeys & two Rums) and Live Violin Music.
The French Menu ( Buffet Style ):
The Starter: Tomato stuffed with tuna and avocado. Perfumed with corianderhe
The Main: Poultry ballotine with mushrooms.
Accompanied by a smashed potato, Biarritz style (with peppers and dry ham) with a cream sauce, white wine.
The dessert: Financier au pommes caramélisées.
The French Wines and Spirits:
The Aperitif: French Sparkling wine
The White wine: Sauvignon Blanc from Loire Valley
The Red wine: Syrah from Languedoc-Roussillon
The Dessert's spirits : One Cognac from France called Conjure , two whiskeys from Usquaebach : Reserve & 15 years and two Rums from Malecon: 10 years & 12 years ( only samples available for those 5 spirits )
We will make a small presentation on those spirits ( in English )
The Musician:
Enjoy live violin music from an American-Canadian musician living in Japan
Jim has several recordings, and has performed throughout Europe, Canada & the USA.
That evening, he will perform some French songs and Chansons
He hopes to share the joy of his music with all of you!!!
