1st Course- Roasted beet, feta cheese and tomato salad with citrus fennel carrot vinaigrette garnished with candied pumpkin seeds paired with Thorn Merlot
2nd Course- Smoked shrimp, roasted potato, corn cobb wheel and tomato with coconut Thai basil sauce paired with The Prisoner Red Blend
3rd Course- Red Wine braised shortribs, saffron rice and lemon herb asparagus paired with The Cuttings Cabernet Sauvignon
4th Course- Pumpkin & bourbon pots de creme with spiced chantilly cream and garnished with popcorn paired with Saldo Zinfindel
