MEET THE MAKERS | REMY MARTIN LOUIS XIII DINNERThis fall, Montage Beverly Hills looks forward to unveiling a series of unique dining experiences offering foodies and wine and spirit enthusiasts alike the opportunity to join renowned spirit ambassadors and winemakers for intimate tasting dinners in one of the beautiful private dining spaces at the hotel. Monica Olaes, Chef de Cuisine at The Restaurant, will design specialty prix-fixe menus inspired by the tasting notes of each rare vintage of wine and spirits featured throughout the series.
Please join us for what is certain to be a truly memorable evening, and concluding event of the series: a Remy Martin Louis XIII-inspired dinner, with Louis XIII Ambassador, Wayne Chang.
The evening will begin with a private reception at 6:30 pm followed by a seated dinner at 7 pm. Seats are $500 per person, exclusive of sales tax and a service charge. Advance reservations are required.
