Piaugier 'La Grange' Cotes du Rhone Blanc , Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Clairette, Roussanne, Marsanne, Rich White, Cotes-du-Rhone, Fr, Y, Fresh and bright bouquet with nice stone fruit, this continues in the mouth with nice minerality and layered flavors     

Plantation Virginia Peanuts

A select variety of Virginia Peanuts…and oh so fresh and delicious.

Château du Trignon, Marsanne, Rich White, Rhone, Fr, 2017, Y, Plush yellow-apple and white-peach flavors are creamy and pliant on the palate of this dry, full-bodied Marsanne. Delicate lemon acidity and a hit of saline minerality lends freshness.       

Chabichou

This darling little cone of goat’s milk cheese comes from the Loire area of France.  Dense with a rich goaty flavor. A favorite.

Le Plan des Moines , Cotes du Rhone, Grenache, Carignan, Smooth Red, Rhone, Fr, Y, Delicate nose with notes of crisp red fruits, black currant jelly, raspberries and also some notes of cedar. Upfront attack supported by fine and fleshy tannins and a slight (menthol) twist   

Okina Sheep Espelette Biscuit

A wonderful combination of sheep’s milk, butter, and Espelette in a cracker.

Clos du Mont-Olivet, Old Vines Cotes du Rhone, Grenache, Carignan, Syrah, Smooth Red, Rhone, Fr, This whole cluster fermentation makes for fragrant, ethereal aromas of wild flowers, pepper and graphite. The palate exudes supple, fleshy raspberry and red plum fruits, with notes of cured meat; incredibly high quality

Onetik

Melt-in-Your-Mouth sheep’s milk cheese from the Pyranese.  Semi-hard with a rich, nutty flavor.

Dom. de Beaurenard Rasteau     Grenache, Syrah, Smooth Red, Rasteau, Rhone, Fr, "Besides aromas of very ripe fruit, it's laced with notes of spice & garrigue scrubland scents. Appealing tannic structure, a rounded body, rich & powerful" 80 yr old vines      

NE Charcuterie Lomo 

From Waltham MA, this Spanish delicacy is dry-cured tenderloin with lots of herbs and spices.  Special.

Piaugier Gigondas Rouge, Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah, Smooth Red, Gigondas, Rhone, Fr, Y, Lovely earthy and spicy bouquet; more of the same on the palate with herbal notes; Complex, rich and smooth with fine-grained tannins

Dziugas

Past. Cow, Lithuania.  Tastes like an aged Gould and a mild Parm.  Slight crunch with a smooth finish.

Domaine Vincent Paris, les Cotes, Syrah, Bold Red, St. Joseph, Rhone, Fr, Y, Black fruit and pepper bouquet; nicely balanced, fresh and long with nice tannnis;  

 

Muhamara

Made by Ray, this spread is a delicious blend of roasted red peppers, pomegranate molasses, walnuts, spices and more. Contains nuts!
