Unusual Grapes Adventure

Tasteseveral wines made with grapes you have never heard of. Many grape varieties around the world are used to make subperb wine, which we have always tried to demonstrate at Pairings. Wednesday is a special adventure, where we can all taste eight different wines with nine very unusual grapes, including:

Cercial
Bical
Procanico
Blauer Portugieser
Portugieser
Nero di Troia
Pugnitello
Prunelart
Niagara
The wines are from many countries, including Spain, the Czech Republic, Italy, France and the US. Most of theses wines are not on the shelf at Pairings. Come and have fun! We’re interested in what you think of these wines. We will be tasting most of them for the first time ourselves. We will be placing an orderfor anything you (or we) want.
