Corvidea "Wiseguy", Sauvignon BlancCrisp White         , Columbia Valley, WA, Y, Fresh and bright tropical fruit bouquet, continuing in the mouth nicely, with a beautiful minerality and a crisp finish    

Drunken Goat

A beautiful purplish color outside frames a snowy white pate.  The consistency is soft and the flavor is long.  

Librandi Ciro Bianco, GrecoCrisp White, Campania, Italy, Y, Aromas of peaches and citrus fruits complement undertones of herbs and flowers.  On the palate, zesty acidity and a long finish showcase this wine's subtle hints of toasted almonds and macadamia nuts

Anchoiade

A classic spread from Provence with white anchovies, almonds, shallots, garlic, vinegar and herbs.

Not just for shredding.  This one is aged 18-24 months.

Abundant, ripe, fresh red berry and perfumed blueberry laced with rich, dark plum aromas, lead to a beautifully textured, rounded palate packed with heady black fruit, delicate smoke and fine grained tannins.       

Fennel Salami

From Sid Wainer, a well-made salami with wonderful fennel flavor.
