Aizpurua Txakoli 2017 $17.99
This crisp, mineral white comes from seaside vineyards in the Basque Country of northern Spain. Txacoli (Chac-o-lee) is known for its low alcohol, vibrant minerality, and residual effervescence, all of which make it the ideal wine to guide you through massive amounts of pinxtos, the endless small plates of meat and seafood popular throughout the region.

Brooks Winery produces some of the finest Pinot in Willamette Valley. Their 2016 offering highlights the finesse of this vintage, with warm concentrated red fruit balanced by a firm undercurrent of acidity and structure.
Peterson Shameless Red N.V. $13.99
The Shameless by Peterson continues the old school concept of an end of season field blend. Surplus stocks of fruit from various Peterson vineyards are thrown together to produce this cheerful little table wine, perfect to enjoy at the end of a busy work day. This particular batch is made up primarily of Carignan, Cabernet, Zinfandel, Syrah, and many more. Truly a “kitchen sink” blend.
Peterson Day Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 $39.99
The 2012 Peterson Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a very old school style of Napa Cabernet. High altitude mountain fruit from the restrained but excellent 2012 vintage gives the wine a level of earthy, herbal tone that makes this wine more reminiscent of Old World Cabernet than more fruit forward modern Napa wines. Absolutely beautiful and a wonderful pairing to steak or something more gamey like lamb chops. The perfect bottle to guide you into autumn.
