MAESTOSO X BATASIOLO are proud to present a wine dinner featuring an incredible line of Piemonte wines, paired with a very traditional northern Italian 4 course dinner created by Chef Marco Maestoso of "Maestoso".
The following will be served for dinner:
Antipasti: Vitello Tonnato/Tonno Vitellato - contemporary take on Vitel Tonné
(paired with: Gavi DOCG 2017)
Typical still, clean white with citrus and white floral notes, fresh with nice minerality. Crisp.
Primo: Pinsa in Piemonte - Pinsa with speck, brie and reduction of Dolcetto d'Alba
(paired with: Dolcetto d’Alba DOC 2016)
Stainless steel; aromatic violets, plums. Harmonious.
Secondo: Risotto al Nebbiolo con Ossobuco - Nebbiolo wine risotto with veal ossobuco
(paired with: Barolo DOCG 2014)
9 family vineyards in Barolo (La Morro, Monforte d’Alba, Serralunga d’Alba). The King.
Dessert: Cioccolato, Nocciole e Frutta al Vino - chocolate, hazelnut and wine infused fruit
(paired with: Moscato Rosè VSQD NV)
Vino Spumante di Qualità Dolce made with rare red clone Moscato from Trentino snd local Moscato Bianco. Lusty Bubbles.
