An Evening With Boos Rock Winery

Please Join us on October 24th at 6pm for a winemaker's dinner Hosted by the owners and winemakers at Boos Rock Winery.

First course; Pink Catawba paired with Oysters on the half shell, jalapeno mignonette

Second course; Sangiovese paired with Wild mushroom  risotto, parmessan, crispy leeks

Third course; Syrah paired with Braised beef cheeks, blue cheese spaetzle, green peppercorn sauce, shaved truffle

Fourth course, Cabernet Sauvingnon paired with Pumpkin seed crusted lamb chops, pumpkin gnocchi, broccolini, lamb jus

Dessert, Red Raspberry Wine paired with Bitter sweet chocolate tart, raspberry gel, honey marshmellow,                      creme fraiche gelato
