Russell's Bourbon
Ultimate Beverage Challenge 95 points - Cherry and vanilla dominate the nose, with allusions to Bosch pear, honeysuckle, and clove. A pronounced oaky character on the palate gives way to toasted coconut, white pepper, stewed cherries ,and peach. A long, smooth burn on the finish is very welcome. (Apr 2016)

Bib & Tucker Bourbon

Licor 43 Vanilla Liqueur
Ultimate Beverage Challenge 88 points - This liqueur pours a neon saffron hue and has delicate aromas of citrus, acacia honey, and dried flowers. The palate is dense and pulsates with tropical toned fruits and a faint hint of Mediterranean herbs. - 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge  (Apr 2018)

Masterson's Rye
Whiskey Advocate 93 points - One of two batches that made the list, this 100% rye is distilled in Canada and then finished in French oak barrels in California. (BATCH PSF3)  (Mar 2017)

Saturday, 9/29 from 4-7pm

Passoa The Passion Drink
Passoa, a unique Passion Fruit liqueur, at 17% alcohol volume, in a legendary black bottle. Its luscious red colour reveals tangy fruit flavours. The recipe of this alcoholic beverage is based on a unique ingredient: passion fruit, or maracuja in portuguese.

Nuvo Sparkling Grapefruit Liqueur
NUVO Sparkling Liqueur defines luxury and is the ultimate acessory when celebrating life with friends and family. Crafted with ultra-premium French vodka a touch of delicate sparkling white wine and infused with our proprietary blend of fruit nectars. NUVO is as delicious as it is luxurious.

Jameson Caskmate IPA Edition
Whiskey Advocate 90 points - Hoppy notes cloaking the crisp grains, green apple, and pomelo make for a happier marriage than its stout sibling. This is one of those whiskeys that continuously evolves in the mouth, progressing from a sweet, syrupy beginning of coconut macaroons, apple, and spices, to a creamier plateau of citrus, stewed fruits, and chocolate. It departs leaving the tongue weighted down with peppery spice and cooked apple. Unexpectedly delicious. Value pick Reviewed by: Jonny McCormick (Spring 2018) (Apr 2018)
