On Saturday, October 20, Macayo’s Depot Cantina hosts “Cooking with the Chiefs,” a guacamole contest features law enforcement agencies from around the valley. The teams will have stations set up on the patio of the Depot Cantina, where they will prepare their own original guacamole recipes to serve to a panel of judges, who will rate each entry and select a winner based on taste, texture, appearance. 25 percent of sales at Macayo’s Depot Cantina during the event will be donated to SOAZ.
