Celler del Roure, Safra Mandó and Garnacha, Smooth Red, Valencia, Spain, 2015, Y, Spanish for saffron, safra is a blend of Mandó, the principal indigenous grape of this part of Valencia, with a bit of Garnacha Tintorera. This wine shows a brightness of fruit and a forthright & alluringly authenticity.
